🗑 Delete your Buzzjo account & data
You can permanently delete your Buzzjo account at any time. This page explains what is removed, what we are legally required to keep, and lets you do it right here.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
- Your password and any Google / Apple / Facebook sign-in links.
- Every active session on every device — you are signed out everywhere immediately.
- Saved addresses, notification preferences, and two-factor settings.
What we keep, and why
Records of completed orders, tickets, payments, and refunds are kept for tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years) — but after deletion they no longer link to your name, email, or phone. Nothing about you can be used to contact you again.

Can’t sign in, or run an organizer account?
If you no longer have access to your login, or your account owns an active store or event (which must be closed first), email us from the address on the account and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.
